How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the “অর্ডার ট্র্যাক করুন” button in our top menu with your order phone number or tracking code.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery inside Dhaka is ৳80 and outside Dhaka is ৳120, depending on parcel weight and location. Final charges are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside Dhaka usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours. For locations outside Dhaka, it typically takes 2 to 4 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and all major debit/credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
